These were the thoughts that inspired us at MFCSL to celebrate March 08 (International Women's Day) this year with a difference. A collection drive was started on March 01, 2025 to collect Used Clothes, Bed sheets, Pillow Covers, Curtains, Newspapers & Books, Educational CDs, Toys, Hobby Items, Sports Item.

On March 08, 2025 - we all went to DREAMZ HOME - Rehabilitation & Recreational Home for Street children & Child Beggars and spent our afternoon in the company of the girls living at the Home.

To welcome us a prayer song was sung by the girls; which touched us. This was followed by a game of antakshri and drawing competition. We paired up with couple of girls each and had fun in singing along their songs. Gifts were distributed and their smiles made our day.

We spoke to them about hygiene, eating habits, importance of education &..The evening ended with handing over of a goody bag to each girl having the necessities like personal towel, tooth-brush & paste, medicated shampoo, etc. All the collected items were handed over to the care-taker. The team is very happy about having used this opportunity to connect smiles.
