Zonal Manager Body Shop BD

Candidate Profile

  • Basic Qualification: Graduate in any disciple --- Preferred Qualification: MBA

Strategic Planning

  • Partner with leading Brokers, Agents to increase Bodyshop load
  • Devise strategy to bring partners under umbrella of specific programmes
  • Create Zonal level strategic plans that drive BS strongly
  • Providing inputs to corporate on new opportunities, initiatives and trends in the industry

Problem Solving

  • Analyze the data and define the business problem
  • Break down the problem into smaller modules to enable solution building
  • Solve the business problems by collaborating with solution teams / Business Teams (Ins. Co./ Brokers / Agents / may be internally Ops., Finance, HR & IT Team) to build the final set of recommendations
  • Providing inputs to corporate on new opportunities, initiatives and trends in the industry

Other Key Requirements

  • Provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive overall, Body Shop business with nos.
  • Bring Franchise partners under Co.’s Ins. Programme & generate nos.
  • Follow & manage the overall corporate business strategy for execution in view of local flavor.
  • Demonstrate & prove the business strategy on ground with Body Shop & Ins. nos. at focused areas
  • Maintaining and strengthening, relationship with Channel & Business Partners (Ins. Co., Brokers, Aggregators, Agents & Franchise) to generate high traffic of BS nos.& its delivery
  • Brainstorm new and creative strategies for generating / maximizing BS nos.
  • Managing the organic growth for MFCS in line with the annual business plan. Build and strengthen MFCS presence in business channels.
  • Plan and execute by leveraging existing relationship & database.
  • Measure and report performance of all channels and assess against goals
  • Collaborate with new partners to generate Body Shop business

Leadership/Management

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of DSAs / Brokers
  • Interact directly with Senior Officials of Ins.Cos. as a member of Management Team
  • Grow and build talent in the organization

Desired Skills

  • Ability to think strategically to impact business outcome in nos. on ground
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Channel partners
  • Strong know / how of Motor Insurance Claim Process & cashless tie up
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Agility to changing business environment
  • Relationship Building
  • Willingness to travel frequently to different locations for business meetings
